Lead OTS

Position: Lead OTS

Experience: 8–13 years

Annual CTC Range: ₹15,00,000 – ₹20,00,000

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full project lifecycle of process dynamic simulations in line with standards/guidelines and project requirements.

Ensure successful project deliveries across all phases of OTS projects including:

Kick-off meetings, scope freezing, P&ID markup, data collection

Model configuration, bench modelling, tuning to match HMB

Model integration with DCS (Direct Connect & Emulated), SCADA, and third-party logic systems

MAT, FAT, SAT execution

Startup, shutdown, malfunctions, instructor variables, and customer demos/testing

Provide effective technical and practical engineering solutions with consistent quality and timely delivery.

Technical & Industry Experience:

Minimum 8 years in process dynamic simulations.

Strong chemical engineering fundamentals with good understanding of chemical and refinery processes.

Hands-on experience conducting MAT/FAT/SAT independently (at least 2–3 instances).

Proficiency in dynamic simulation tools, preferably UniSim and Aspen Hysys.

Experience in process model development and integration with control systems.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institution.

Mandatory Skills: UniSim expertise, project leading, team leading, Aspen Hysys, DCS integration, process simulation.

Desirable Skills: Hysys, Aspen, project management.

Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.

Willingness to travel onsite for customer demos and testing as required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
