Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Lead - Operations Excellence

to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong operational backbone, who can manage large-scale warehouse operations and ensure efficiency across first mile and last mile deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management:
Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch accuracy.
Drive efficiency in space utilization, resource planning, and process optimization.
Monitor key warehouse KPIs to ensure performance targets are consistently met.
First Mile & Last Mile Logistics:
Own the logistics lifecycle from vendor pick-ups (first mile) to final customer deliveries (last mile).
Partner with courier and logistics providers to improve delivery timelines, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Implement and scale SOPs for reverse logistics and returns management.
Operations Excellence & Process Improvement:
Identify process bottlenecks and implement lean, scalable solutions across operations.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Champion data-driven decision-making using dashboards and performance metrics.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor team under you as well as warehouse managers, and logistics coordinators.
Foster a high-performance culture through clear KPIs, accountability, and continuous development.
Ensure safety, compliance, and SOP adherence across all operational units.

Qualifications & Skills Required

6-7 years of experience in operations, warehouse & logistics management, preferably in a D2C/e-commerce/FMCG setup.
Proven track record in managing high-volume warehouse operations and logistics functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Excellent team management, stakeholder coordination, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WMS, TMS, and operational dashboards is a plus.
