Lead Odoo Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and customization of Odoo applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• Own technical delivery for Odoo projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Provide architectural direction for module design, integrations, and enhancements.
• Review, guide, and optimize code written by the team; enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, functional consultants, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive sprint planning, optimize resource utilization, and ensure delivery within cost-effective parameters.
• Mentor and manage a team of Odoo developers; provide technical training and foster knowledge sharing.
• Oversee code migration, version control, and continuous integration processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, ERP advancements, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement in solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Odoo framework, ORM API, and latest Odoo versions.
• Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex Odoo implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience in version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) with branching/merging workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and modern DevOps practices is highly desirable.
• Agile/Scrum project experience, with ability to lead ceremonies and enforce agile principles.

Must have:

• Odoo Certification.
• Experience in scaling Odoo solutions for enterprise clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹605,123.23 - ₹1,607,500.89 per year
