Roles & Responsibilities: Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments including installation, updates, roles and features, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Provide support for Windows Desktop OS (Windows 10/11) including configuration, patching, and issue resolution. Work with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) for administration and support. Administer Office 365 including user creation, license management, mailbox configuration, and email troubleshooting. Perform routine server and workstation maintenance, including monitoring, backups, and applying security updates. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN network issues and provide support for routers, switches, and firewall devices.
