Position Summary

We are seeking high-caliber Nursing Staff to support clinical operations within a premium longevity-focused healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, highly skilled, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a refined patient experience.

The role includes clinical support for basic triage, assessment questionaries, evaluations, IV therapies, patient education, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Nurses at Three 5 Reviv will work closely with physicians, therapists, and the other allied health professionals to maintain clinical excellence and uphold the clinic’s elite service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Procedures

• Assist physicians with patient assessments, examinations, and medical procedures.
• Perform vitals, preliminary assessments, ECG, blood draws, and sample collection while ensuring sterile techniques.
• Support longevity diagnostics including body composition testing, and metabolic assessments (training will be provided).
• Administer IV therapies and other clinical treatments as per protocols.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort.

Patient Experience & Communication

• Deliver a warm, premium, high-touch experience consistent with Three 5 Reviv’s brand values.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up care, and preparation instructions.
• Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely communication.
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and a safe clinical environment at all times.

Clinical Operations & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and documentation in EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems.
• Ensure appropriate stock levels of consumables, IV supplies, disposables, and clinical equipment.
• Support sterilization, infection control, and clinical hygiene protocols.
• Assist in managing AMC checks, equipment readiness, and daily clinical setup.

Coordination & Multidisciplinary Support

• Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and diagnostic teams.
• Coordinate during preventive health programs, movement sessions, and recovery therapies (training provided).
• Support clinical SOPs, workflow optimization, and end-to-end patient journeys.
• Participate in soft-launch activities, mock runs, QA audits, and service excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher
• Valid nursing registration and license in India.
• 3 or more years of clinical experience in hospitals, or premium outpatient clinics.
• Experience in IV therapy, phlebotomy, or preventive health programs is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; working knowledge of Tamil preferred.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and basic tech tools.
