AjnaLens is looking for a passionate Lead Mobile Engineer to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra India). We are seeking someone with 8+ years of experience in mobile application development, specifically in native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) platforms. If you have led teams, worked on performance-optimized apps, and love pushing the boundaries of user experience, this role is for you!
This position involves a mix of hands-on engineering and technical team leadership. You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and hardware teams to deliver seamless mobile interfaces for our AR/VR ecosystem.   • Lead and mentor a high-performing mobile development team
  • Design, build, and maintain apps in Kotlin and Swift for Android and iOS
  • Collaborate across teams to implement futuristic, efficient, and scalable app solutions
Minimum Work Experience Required 8+ years in mobile development, with 2+ years of experience in team leadership or technical mentorshipTop 5 Skills You Should Possess
  • Expertise in Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) native development
  • Strong foundation in MVVM, MVP, and Clean Architecture
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON/XML data handling
  • Deep understanding of app lifecycle, memory/battery optimization, and background processing
  • Ability to lead teams, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices
Full-Stack AwarenessYou’ll need working knowledge of CI/CD, secure local storage, version control systems, and deployment workflows. You'll be the bridge between software and hardware, ensuring seamless system performance across AjnaLens platforms.Bonus Points For
  • Familiarity with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Auto Layout, and Material Design
  • Experience with Room, Core Data, Realm, or SQLite
  • Knowledge of cross-platform architecture, platform-specific APIs, or bridging techniques
  • Hands-on experience with hardware-integrated apps or AR/VR development
