About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Lead to manage data reporting, business analytics, and performance tracking for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Advanced Excel and Tableau/DOMO dashboards, along with experience in handling large data sets, automation, and client reporting. The person must have experience in team handling role.

Key Responsibilities:

• To handle a team of MIS executives and Tableau analysts.
• Design, develop, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports for operations.
• Automate manual reports and streamline reporting processes using Excel Macros, Power Query, and visualization tools (Tableau/DOMO).
• Track key operational metrics and identify performance trends for management review.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and WFM teams to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all reports.
• Develop new dashboards and data models as per business requirements.
• Present analytical insights and business recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot.
• Dashboard Tools: Tableau or DOMO (hands-on experience mandatory).
• Reporting: Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting within a BPO or shared services environment.
• Proven experience in automation and dashboard creation.
• Graduate (preferably in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or related fields).
