Description Our service offerings include AWS solutions, generative AI, low-code/no-code development, and staffing solutions for technologies like Java, MERN stack, and certified AWS Description : This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a LEAD MERN Stack Developer. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of developers, designing and implementing web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), ensuring code quality and scalability, troubleshooting and debugging applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on emerging technologies. The role also involves conducting code reviews and improving software development : Proficiency in MERN stack technologies : MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development. Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
