You will be responsible for overseeing nationwide marketing and business development activities, collaborating with regional teams and ensuring consistent growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and coordinating with marketing and business development personnel across different zones. - Ensuring timely execution of business development targets and marketing initiatives by following up with regional teams. - Aligning regional business development efforts with central strategy for uniform messaging and execution. - Monitoring marketing performance metrics, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions. - Guiding, mentoring, and motivating marketing personnel to enhance productivity and achieve desired outcomes. - Developing and implementing the company's marketing and brand strategy to drive growth and visibility. - Managing client acquisition, retention, and relationship-building strategies in coordination with BD teams. - Collaborating with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure cross-functional synergy. - Handling budgeting and resource allocation for marketing activities across regions. - Staying updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt strategies proactively. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in Marketing major and minor in finance, Business Development. - 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing and business development. - Proven track record in managing regional teams across multiple zones. - Strong communication, leadership, and follow-up skills. - Experience in corporate banking preferred.
