Job Description

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled Lead Legal Analyst with an experience of 5 years to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

An experienced Derivative Lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant expertise gained from leading banks or financial institutions will be preferred.

Exposure to European, Asian and US markets.

Sound knowledge of Corporate Law and Contract Law.

Extensive proficiency in drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts and agreements, particularly ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

Excellent collaboration, team leadership and people management abilities with a self-motivated approach and the capability to train teams on derivative documentation.

Must have experience in finance-based contracts, derivative business and market practices.

Excellent skills in negotiating derivative documents.

Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Seasoned in negotiating end-to-end legal agreements on behalf of Societe Generale with lawyers across the globe.
