Lead Legal Analyst

As a key member of the PGC Legal team at Providence, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence in legal processes managed in the US. Your role will involve collaborating with the Department of Legal Affairs (DLA) to enhance efficiencies in legal work products and support the outcomes of the Legal Operations team. Key Responsibilities: - Working closely with the legal operations team to focus on Document Management, Analytics and Reporting, Program Management, Automation of processes, and Managing Sharepoint. - Creating matters in Legal Tracker and reviewing invoices from law firms. - Overseeing the lifecycle of documents and collating data for Attorney dashboards. - Creating Excel macros and PowerPoint presentations. - Identifying process improvement opportunities and managing SharePoint pages for DLA. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with shared legal services experience in India. - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. - Excellent project coordination and organizing skills. - Familiarity with legal tools and repositories. - Proven track record of working with U.S. legal departments under dual reporting relationships.
