Description
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Java-based applications, from design through deployment. Architect scalable and high-performing backend systems using Java, Spring, and related frameworks. Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver business value. Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Guide the team in adopting modern development practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and containerization. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address them. Ensure security and performance standards are met across the application landscape. Stay current with the latest trends in Java technologies and bring innovation to the team. Required Qualifications Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5 + years of professional Java development experience. Strong expertise in Java , Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Experience with RESTful API design and integration. Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Git). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proven leadership or team lead experience. PHP 5.6- 7.x, UI/UX handling (ViewModel, Templating, Helpers), Security practices ( CSRF,XSS,SQL Injection), DB interaction ( SQL, Doctrine, TableGateway), Error Handling ( PHP Logs, Exception tracing,xdebug), PHPUnit, CI/CD familiarity, Zend/ Laminas awareness.
