Lead Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications.
• Work with OOPS concepts, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
• Develop reusable and efficient code following coding standards.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software requirements.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Core Java (JDK 8 or above).
• Hands-on experience with OOPS, Data Structures, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, JDBC, File Handling.
• Good knowledge of design patterns and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server).
• Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Exposure to RESTful APIs, Web Services.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
