Lead Java Developer

The Java Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications that are robust, scalable, and efficient. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Java applications and systems

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java (JDK 8 or above)

Develop backend components, APIs, and services

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging

Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers

Optimize application performance and scalability

Maintain existing software and troubleshoot production issues

Contribute to the design and architecture of new software systems

Document development processes and application configurations

Proficiency in core Java and Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services

Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms

Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB)

Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (Git)

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities
