Lead Java Developer

As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to lead the development team in Indore on site. With a minimum of 6 years of experience, you will demonstrate a strong command of Java (8 and above), Spring / Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. Your proficiency in Microservices architecture, JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and Message Brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) will be crucial for the successful execution of projects. Your role will require a solid understanding of Multithreading, Concurrency, and Design Patterns along with familiarity with tools such as Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) is essential, and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) will be considered a plus. An understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred, along with experience in unit testing frameworks like JUnit/TestNG and mocking frameworks like Mockito. In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities. Your problem-solving and debugging skills will be put to the test while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and experience with Agile/Scrum methodology will be highly valued in this role.,
