Lead Java Developer

As a Senior Java Technical Lead, your role will involve architecting and developing microservices-based distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. You will lead and mentor global agile teams to ensure delivery excellence. Additionally, you will work with Kafka/ActiveMQ, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes/Docker for scalable deployments. Your responsibilities will also include implementing LLM and RAG-based solutions integrated with enterprise platforms, driving performance tuning, code optimization, and cloud deployments on AWS and Azure. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development; 5+ years in microservices/serverless environments. - Deep hands-on experience with Spring, REST APIs, JPA, Security, and data structures. - Strong experience with LLM (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations. - Proficiency in Python, Databases (RDBMS, NoSQL), and cloud platforms. - Familiarity with Elastic/Redis search, AI/ML frameworks, and GenAI tools. - Strong leadership, Agile experience, and communication skills.,
