Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Java Developer based in Jaipur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications. The role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring the quality of code, developing and maintaining microservices, integrating with the Spring Framework, and participating in full software development cycles from requirements gathering to deployment.

Qualifications

Proficient in Java and Programming
Experience with the Spring Framework, Hybernet, JSP
Knowledge of Software Development practices and principles
Experience with Microservices architecture
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in IoT solutions or related domains is a plus
