YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience in production control, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in inventory optimization and cost control.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • APICS or other relevant certifications in supply chain or production management.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production control.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands while maximizing operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze production data, identifying opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production control, streamlining processes for increased productivity
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve production delays and process inefficiencies
