Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in office or commercial interior design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing

    office, co-working, or corporate space designs

    .
  • Proficiency in

    AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

    .
  • Knowledge of

    ergonomic furniture, lighting, acoustics, and sustainable design practices

    .
  • Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills.
  • Understanding of

    coworking layouts, hot desks, meeting rooms, and collaborative areas

    is a plus.
  • Familiarity with

    building regulations, fire safety, and accessibility standards

    .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality workspace designs and end to end project delivery.
  • Plan and execute layouts for offices, co-working spaces, and corporate environments.
  • Develop and maintain

    design systems, brand guidelines, and visual standards

    for interiors.
  • Create

    3D models, renderings, floor plans, and mood boards

    for client and internal review.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure designs meet functional and business needs.
  • Manage

    vendors, contractors, and procurement

    for furniture, materials, and installations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and comply with

    local building codes, safety, and accessibility standards

  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, workplace strategies, and innovative office design solutions

    .
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers,

    operations team, management, external vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously,

    ensuring timely delivery

    and budget alignment.
  • Conduct quality checks, due diligence to ensure design integrity and compliance.
  • Ensure project completion within budget, negotiate on the BoQ, and finalise the same within the stipulated timeline
