About the Role:

Influencer Marketing (Celebrity)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead celebrity partnerships

  – manage end-to-end brand deals, from outreach to execution

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies

  tailored to celebrity personalities and brand objectives
• Build and nurture strong relationships with celebrities, managers, PR teams, and brand partners
• Identify brand fit opportunities and pitch talent for relevant collaborations
• Drive revenue targets by securing long-term deals, retainers, and IPs for top-tier talent
• Supervise junior talent managers/content teams to ensure timely execution and content alignment
• Collaborate with strategy, content, and BD teams for brand decks, talent profiles, and campaign pitches
• Stay ahead of celebrity, pop culture, and influencer trends to inform strategy
• Handle negotiation, contracts, timelines, and content approvals with professionalism and accuracy

Requirements:

• 4 -5 years of experience in influencer marketing, celebrity management, or branded content (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record of managing celebrity campaigns or partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the Indian influencer and entertainment landscape
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling fast-paced timelines
• Existing network across brand managers, PR, and talent teams is a plus
