Job Description

As an Implementation Analyst at the company, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for new clients onto the SaaS platform and service model. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with clients and various Clearwater teams to assess requirements and customize solutions that cater to the client's accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a deep understanding of Clearwater's core value proposition and effectively communicate its value to clients. - Follow Clearwater Way methodologies for client implementation and onboarding, ensuring alignment and support. - Provide comprehensive training to clients on Clearwater's Platform. - Communicate project status, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders. - Independently lead a project workstream with competence. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during the implementation process. - Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout the implementation process. - Deliver exceptional consultancy services, ensuring project objectives align with plans. - Identify and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager and Senior Stakeholders. - Apply decision-making best practices to successfully complete tasks. - Provide internal training to colleagues and share expertise effectively within the team. - Document and suggest internal process improvements and product enhancements. - Identify opportunities for improvement and take the lead in implementing solutions within the team. Required Skills: - Advanced knowledge of general investment accounting principles and practices. - Leadership Skills to lead workstreams in implementation. - Advanced understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures. - Advanced understanding of vanilla fixed income and equity investments. - Advanced knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures preferred. - Securities or financial markets experience, especially involving derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income preferred. - Experience with relational database principles and SQL querying. - Project management skills preferred. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities. - Strong Analytical skills, being able to solve complex math problems. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related field. - 3+ years of relevant experience.,
