Job Description

As an Implementation Analyst at our company, your role will involve aiding in the onboarding process for new clients onto our SaaS platform and service model. You will collaborate with clients and various Clearwater teams to assess requirements and customize solutions tailored to meet the client's accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate a deep understanding of Clearwater's core value proposition and effectively communicate its value to clients. - Proficiently follow Clearwater Way methodologies for client implementation and onboarding. - Provide comprehensive training to Clearwater's clients on the Clearwater Platform. - Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to all relevant stakeholders. - Independently lead a project workstream with competence. - Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during the implementation process. - Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout the implementation process. - Deliver exceptional consultancy services to ensure project objectives align with project plans. - Identify and promptly escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager and Senior Stakeholders. - Apply acquired skills and decision-making best practices to successfully complete various tasks. - Provide internal training to colleagues and share expertise effectively within the team. - Document and suggest internal process improvements and product enhancements. - Identify opportunities for improvement and take the lead in implementing solutions within the team. **Required Skills:** - Advanced knowledge of general investment accounting principles and practices. - Leadership skills to lead workstreams in implementation. - Advanced understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures. - Advanced understanding of vanilla fixed income and equity investments. - Advanced knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures. - Advanced experience with relational database principles and SQL querying. - Project management skills preferred. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities. - Strong analytical skills, able to solve complex math problems. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field along with at least 3+ years of relevant experience.,
