Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement. Create functional specifications and collaborate with development teams. Facilitate meetings and workshops to clarify requirements. Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs. Prepare reports and dashboards for decision-making.
