Lead - HR Shared Services

Job Description: Bata India is seeking an experienced individual to take on the role of managing HR Operations functions and providing support to a diverse employee base of over 10,000 individuals. As the incumbent, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete life cycle management of employees and serving as the primary point of contact for all data, processes, and policies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Digitalization: Manage complex HR Transformation programs to design, develop, and implement new employee experiences, HR Operating Models, and Digital HR solutions such as SAP and SF. Monitor internal HR systems, manage business partners, and provide necessary inputs. - Employee Lifecycle: Handle the complete Hire-to-Retire suite, including induction, onboarding, grievance resolution, and counseling for employees and managers. Utilize SAP for processing employee transactions and Excel for generating reports and auditing work. - Lead Digital HR Strategy: Implement, support, and manage process transitions, HR Automation, and Digitization Initiatives. Transform the HR function from operational to strategic, focusing on talent pooling and the hire-to-retire lifecycle. - Compliance: Ensure HR compliance with country-specific labor laws related to hiring, workplace rules, and employee treatment. Explore opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate HR processes while improving communication strategies. - HR Shared Services & Compliance Expertise: Manage HR Operations with expertise in transitioning to HR Shared Services (HRSS), establish metrics for service delivery, optimize workflows, and drive process simplification and standardization. Proficient in reporting, dashboarding, stakeholder management, and aligning cross-functional teams.
