The Successful Applicant

• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements in the chemical industry.
• Proven expertise in managing HR shared services operations.
• Proficiency in using HR management systems and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
