We’re at Day 0, and we're looking for someone hungry to design a brand from scratch and define how the world sees us. About the Role As our Founding Graphic Designer , you’ll lead the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints — from social media to packaging to website. You’ll work directly with the co-founders and take complete creative ownership of how Boop looks, feels, and communicates. Responsibilities Design creatives for social media, ads, packaging, landing pages, decks, and more Develop a cohesive, scroll-stopping brand language across all platforms Spot visual trends early and turn them into brand-relevant assets Collaborate closely with founders to translate strategy into compelling visuals (Bonus) Contribute to video editing, animation, or motion design if skilled Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in design roles (agency/startup/D2C preferred — but not mandatory) A solid portfolio showcasing original work across digital or brand projects Deep understanding of social platforms, design trends, and what makes people stop and engage Strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual storytelling Passionate, detail-oriented, and driven to build something from zero Video/motion editing skills are a major plus What You’ll Get Salary: ₹30K/month starting + review every 3 months and growth parallel to brand's growth Creative ownership from Day 1 — no templates, no micromanagement Direct access to brand strategy and business decisions Fast-paced, execution-first work culture Flexibility to work hybrid with high accountability Founding team experience that builds your future Bonus: Get to design a brand that actually values good design How to Apply Send us your best work — portfolio, IG, Behance, raw ideas, or whatever shows your style — at business@goboop.in
