We’re an early-stage Sexual-wellness brand with a playful, emotionally intelligent voice and a people-first mindset. Our goal is to build a thoughtful, joyful brand that genuinely connects with people. We’re at Day 0 - and we’re looking for a Founding Content Lead to help shape our story from the ground up. This isn’t just about making content - it’s about building a brand people will feel connected to. Your role will be to: Define and lead our content and brand voice across platforms Build and execute detailed content calendars with consistency and creativity Ideate, write, and oversee production of videos, statics, carousels, emails, and more Create meaningful, scroll-stopping content that balances performance and emotional resonance Manage and collaborate with a lean team of designers and editors Deeply understand the product, customer mindset, and cultural context to build relevant narratives Identify and work with influencers/creators who align with our tone and mission What we’re looking for: 1–2 years in a content, creative, or brand marketing role (agency, startup, or D2C preferred) Experience creating content for both Meta campaigns and organic social growth Strong writing instincts, creative vision, and an intuitive understanding of internet culture Someone who values clarity, care, and originality — and is ready to take real ownership You’re excited by the idea of building something with purpose, from scratch What you’ll get: ESOPs from Day 1 Competitive salary Salary increases at every ₹20L monthly revenue milestone A front-row seat to building a thoughtful, high-impact wellness brand as part of the founding team We will be Booping from Gurgaon Office.
