We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Lead Generator to join our growing recruitment consultancy team. The role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating high-quality leads to support our business development team. Role & responsibilities Conduct online research to identify potential client organizations Initiate outbound communication via calls, emails, and social media Explain our recruitment services and value proposition to prospects Qualify leads based on company size, hiring needs, and readiness to engage Maintain accurate lead information using CRM software Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to hand off qualified leads Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong research and internet navigation skills Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus Ability to handle rejection and maintain follow-up discipline
