Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with marketing, sales, and retail teams to position collections effectively, ensuring alignment with brand positioning. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and craftsmen to source premium materials and execute intricate designs. Merchandising Strategy Able to create a unique POV in this category - enabling a design language and craft that is unique and can stay relevant for years to come. Ensure optimal inventory levels and monitor collection performance to guide future merchandising decisions. Review and monitor category assortment performance and implement various action plans for improvement Establish pricing of the range to deliver target margins, volumes and value, including pricing harmonization across all categories Preferred candidate profile 5 to 8 years of experience in Jewellery design, merchandising, or product development, preferably in a luxury or heritage-focused brand. Hands-on experience in collaborating with artisans and managing end-to-end Jewellery production processes Bachelors degree in design, Jewellery Design, Merchandising, or a related field. A masters degree or certification in Luxury Brand Management or Design is preferred.
