Role Description This is a full-time Lead Generator role at Mahalaxmi Technologies, located in Pune. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. They will also work on building and maintaining a lead database, tracking and analyzing lead generation performance. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in lead generation and sales prospecting Ability to work on-site in Pune Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation software Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
