Role Overview Evening Shift 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM We seek a high-energy Lead Generation Team Manager to drive our outbound lead engine. You will build, manage, and mentor a team focused on pipeline growth, speed, and quality. ______________ Key Responsibilities Area Details Team Management Recruit, train, and motivate lead generation executives. Lead Strategy Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn, CRM). Performance Tracking Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive daily accountability. Sales Support Align closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead hand-offs. Process Optimization Create SOPs, refine scripts, and optimize tools usage. Reporting Deliver weekly pipeline and performance reports to leadership. ______________ Who You Are Proven experience managing lead generation teams with measurable results. Hands-on with CRM systems, email marketing, and lead databases. Energetic, target-driven, and process-obsessed. Strong people leadership and communication skills. Quick to adapt, sharp in execution.
