Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead Generation Specialist (On-Site) who can drive high-quality, purchase-ready leads at scale for our luxury jewellery collections. This role requires a deep understanding of where premium customers come from, which locations convert best, and how to consistently deliver qualified leads that translate into appointments and sales.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role, closely working with sales, marketing, and CRM teams from our office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Strategy

  • Plan and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies for luxury and custom jewellery.
  • Identify and target high-potential locations, demographics, and customer segments (bridal, gifting, HNI, repeat buyers).
  • Continuously evaluate and scale top-performing lead sources.

Lead Sources & Execution

  • Generate leads through digital and offline-to-online channels, including:
  • Meta (Instagram & Facebook) campaigns
  • Google Search & Display
  • WhatsApp marketing & CRM re-engagement
  • Exhibitions, walk-in data, referrals, and partnerships
  • Build funnels focused on consultation bookings, catalogue views, and store appointments.

Lead Quality & Conversion Focus

  • Ensure leads meet defined quality standards (budget intent, correct details, genuine interest).
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track lead follow-ups, appointment conversions, and outcomes.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, lead-to-appointment ratio, and sales conversion.

Data, CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate lead records, segmentation, and tagging in the CRM.
  • Track performance by platform, geography, campaign, and customer type.
  • Share insights and recommendations for scaling high-performing campaigns.

Target Market Understanding (Must-Have)

  • Strong understanding of premium residential areas, bridal-heavy locations, festive buying regions, and high-spending customer clusters.
  • Ability to identify which areas generate better jewellery demand and higher ticket sizes.
  • Knowledge of jewellery buying cycles, exhibitions, wedding seasons, and festive demand.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation for luxury brands, jewellery, fashion, real estate, or premium services.
  • Proven ability to generate massive volumes of quality leads, not just inquiries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaign optimization.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and WhatsApp-based lead workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
