Job Description

JOB TITLE - Lead Generation Specialist

Location - Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads for the sales team

Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and target potential leads

Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and messaging for lead generation efforts

Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns to optimize results and drive continuous improvement

Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and quantity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment

- Proven track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
