🔎 We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – International IT Sales (US Shift) 📍 Location: Noida (Delhi NCR) | On-site 💰 Competitive Salary + Lucrative Incentives 🍽️ Dinner & Drop Facility Provided Xotiv Technologies is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager with 1–5 years of experience in international IT sales. If you’re passionate about closing deals, building CXO-level relationships, and driving global growth — we’d love to hear from you! 🚀 What You’ll Do: Generate and close business across global markets (primarily US) Pitch Web, Mobile, Enterprise, and Staff Augmentation solutions Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure Collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in international IT sales (US market preferred) Strong communication, negotiation & CRM management skills Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) Bachelor’s in business or IT (MBA preferred) 💡 Why Join Xotiv Technologies?
