Technical Lead- Node.JS/ Angular JS

You will be working effectively in an agile team to define, build, deploy, and own software products. Your role will involve contributing to architecture design that solves business problems and playing an active role in the continuous improvement of the development team's processes. Mentoring other members of the team and providing production support for applications owned by the team will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be driving innovation through research into new technologies, maintaining a balance between leadership skills and technical skills, and taking ownership of code quality and technical debt. As a candidate, you should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant software development experience. Experience in managing multi-skilled development teams, working with Angular, Node.js, and other JavaScript frameworks, designing and developing REST APIs, and familiarity with GIS and fleet management systems are essential. Experience in Test Automation, system monitoring tools, relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases, container and orchestration technologies, AWS, and cloud native development is required. You should be able to influence and drive teamwork to meet key milestones and overcome challenges. This is a full-time position with a schedule that may include day and evening shifts. The ability to commute or relocate to NCR, Delhi is necessary. You should have 7-8 years of experience with Angular and Node.js.,
