Technical Lead- Node.JS/ Angular JS

As an experienced Software Developer, you will be part of an agile team responsible for defining, building, deploying, and maintaining software products. Your role will involve contributing to architecture design that effectively addresses business problems and actively participating in the continuous improvement of development processes. You will mentor other team members, provide production support for applications, and drive innovation through research into new technologies. With a balance between leadership and technical skills, you will take ownership of code quality and technical debt. Key Responsibilities: - Work effectively in an agile team to define, build, deploy, and own software products - Contribute to architecture design that solves business problems - Play an active role in continuous improvement of development processes - Mentor other members of the development team - Provide production support for applications owned by the team - Drive innovation through research into new technologies - Maintain a balance between leadership and technical skills - Take ownership of code quality and technical debt Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of relevant Software Development experience - Experience in managing multi-skilled development teams - Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, and other JavaScript frameworks - Design and development experience of REST APIs - Working knowledge of GIS and fleet management systems - Experience in Test Automation - Familiarity with system monitoring tools - Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases - Exposure to container and orchestration technologies - Experience with AWS and cloud-native development - Ability to influence and drive teamwork to meet key milestones and overcome challenges In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job entails working full-time with a schedule that may include day shifts and evening shifts. The role requires the ability to commute or relocate to the NCR, Delhi area reliably before starting work.
