JOB DESCRIPTION – LEAD GENERATOR Employment Type: Full-Time(On-Site) Experience: 7+ Years Location: Noida Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through various online and offline channels. This role plays a critical part in building the company’s sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries. · Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and other outreach methods. · Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed prospect information. · Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies. · Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Business Development Managers. · Track lead conversion and report performance metrics regularly. · Strong project and time management skills · Experience working with Western companies (preferred) Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. · Having 7-8 years of experience · Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). · Experience using various lead generation tools · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Good understanding of the software/IT services industry is a plus.
