About the role:

We are seeking a highly driven Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads through targeted marketing and research-based techniques. Acting as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, this role manages outbound and inbound campaigns to deliver high-quality prospects. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with strong hands-on campaign experience and the ability to manage lead generation programs independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, social media, content offers).
  • Build and manage prospect lists and databases using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
  • Run drip email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or SendinBlue.
  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation performance (open rates, response rates, conversion).
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality, proper handoffs, and CRM updates.
  • Use SEO and content marketing basics to attract and capture inbound leads (via blogs, whitepapers, landing pages).
  • Implement lead scoring criteria to improve qualification processes.
  • Test and optimize messaging, CTAs, and campaign formats through A/B testing and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or B2B environment preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns and hitting lead volume or MQL targets.
  • Comfortable handling multiple campaigns or client projects simultaneously.
  • Candidates with strong marketing/sales experience in a single company will also be considered if aligned with the roles scope.

Key Tools & Technologies:

  • CRM Systems – Proficiency in using CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and coordinating with sales.
  • Email Marketing Platforms – Experience with tools like Mailchimp, SendinBlue, or HubSpot Sequences to run email drip campaigns.
  • Social Media Advertising – Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms for running paid lead generation campaigns.
  • Lead Generation Tools – Usage of tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clearbit to build and manage prospect lists.
  • SEO & Content Tools – Basic understanding of SEO. Experience using Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest is a plus.
  • Analytics Tools – Ability to analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot analytics, or custom dashboards.
  • Excel/Google Sheets – Comfortable managing and analyzing campaign data, creating basic reports, and cleaning lead lists.
  • Lead Scoring Tools – Familiarity with lead scoring logic and tools (within HubSpot, Salesforce, or standalone platforms) to evaluate and prioritize leads.
  • A/B Testing Tools – Experience running basic A/B tests for email subject lines, landing pages, or CTAs using CRM/email platforms.

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite at Coimbatore office
  • 8 hours per day
  • Monday to Friday
