Job Title: Associate Consultant - Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in research and identifying prospective contacts and decision-makers through various online platforms such as LinkedIn. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for initiating connections via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate quality leads for the sales team. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation. Key Responsibilities: # Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and decision-makers using various online sources, including LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases. # Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to connect with potential clients and generate interest in our products/services. # Craft personalized outreach messages and emails to engage with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team. # Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate interest. # Effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients. #Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies. # Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for lead generation. #Document and update lead information accurately in the CRM system. #Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, reach effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs. Desired Candidate Profile: · 1-2 years of similar experience in business development. · Must have experience in research, calls, and emails to generate new leads. · Must have experience in the software solution and services market. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable presentation skills. · Self-starter who is willing to take ownership. · Good understanding of emerging technologies in the software development field. · Superior time management and organizational skills. · Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills; a strong phone/video presence is required.
