We are a growing tech company focused on Blockchain and AI. To scale our business, we are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify outbound leads, primarily through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing.
• Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and other outbound channels.
• Research, identify, and build target prospect lists within the software/IT sector.
• Engage decision-makers via personalized outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and leads in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead-generation strategies.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in software/SaaS or IT services.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and lead prospecting tools.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify key decision-makers.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting professional outreach.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
