Job description Citytech is looking for a dynamic Lead Generation & SEO Specialist with 5+ years of experience in driving high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital platforms, while optimizing search engine visibility for maximum reach. If you are a strategic thinker with expertise in SEO, multi-channel lead generation, and conversion optimization, we d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance website rankings, organic traffic, and conversions. Conduct keyword research and optimize content, metadata, and technical SEO elements (XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup). Manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns via: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, and outbound messaging Email marketing and CRM automation Google Ads (PPC), Facebook Ads, and retargeting strategies B2B prospecting via forums, industry networks, and third-party databases Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for improved lead quality and engagement. Track SEO and lead metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools. Research new lead generation strategies to maximize outreach effectiveness. Collaborate with content and design teams to craft compelling, SEO-friendly assets. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing. Expertise in LinkedIn outreach and paid campaigns for B2B lead acquisition. Strong proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console. Knowledge of Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and paid social media strategies. Experience with email marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign).
