Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable property options. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a database of potential clients, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

• Proficiency in conducting Market Research
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
