Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Gurugram. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying new prospects, conducting market research, qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, maintaining communication, and supporting sales efforts. This role also involves developing strategies to optimize lead generation efforts and meet business acquisition targets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Experience in Market Research and data analysis to identify potential clients
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and lead nurturing
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and tools would be an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales and marketing team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
