The Lead Generation & Outreach Expert will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research, and implementing lead generation strategies using LinkedIn and email marketing. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining communication, and driving engagement to support sales initiatives. ✅ What You'll Do: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify high-potential leads based on predefined ICPs. Conduct in-depth research on target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach. Craft compelling, non-spammy LinkedIn and email messages tailored to different buyer personas. Set up and manage outreach workflows using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar . Maintain and update CRM with lead data, outreach status, and responses. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to refine targeting and messaging strategies. 💡 What You Bring: Proven experience generating leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email . Strong communication and copywriting skills for crafting outreach that converts. Familiarity with outreach automation tools and email deliverability best practices. Ability to adapt tone and messaging to different industries and client profiles. High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple outreach sequences.
