Lead Generation, List Building Specialist

Company Overview:

Training and monitoring will be provided during the initial few days. After that, we expect you to work independently without hand-holding. We are hiring people with at least 1-year of experience in list building and data research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential client companies that fit our target customer profile
• Gather contact information for key decision makers (e.g. marketing managers, business owners) at these companies
• Craft compelling, personalized email outreach messages to initiate contact
• Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and meeting bookings
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on qualified leads
• Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, list building, prospecting & research for database creation.
• Strong research and prospecting skills to identify high-quality target accounts
• Excellent written communication abilities to craft persuasive email copy
• Familiarity with email automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Apollo etc) and CRM platforms like Hubspot.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly lead generation targets
• Hindi/English, both verbal and written
• Fast internet connection & your own laptop.

Compensation:

• Salary range: ₹8,000 - ₹11,000 per month
• Flexible work hours with a target of 8-8.5 hours of productive time per day
