About the Role:

Ayvana Realty is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern to support our business development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients across commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential real estate segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective clients using online tools and databases
• Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, email, and phone for qualification
• Maintain and organize lead data in Excel or CRM platforms
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups
• Assist in developing new strategies for market outreach
• Stay updated on real estate trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and online research
• Interest in real estate, sales, and client communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in lead generation or marketing is a plus
