Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions.
  • Pitch and promote UpMan Placements recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Convert leads into active clients through strong communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in lead generation, recruitment sales, or B2B business development.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR services will be an added advantage.
