Lead Generation Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive at NoBrokerHood, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales for our technologically advanced visitor, community, finance & asset management system. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Effective communication and close collaboration with team members will be essential to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads for the sales team - Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle - Close sales by understanding customer needs and showcasing the value of our solutions - Reach out to potential clients and follow up on leads effectively - Provide product demonstrations highlighting key features and benefits - Schedule virtual calls with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand business scope and expectations - Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities - On-board new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major Key Result Area (KRA) for business development Qualifications: - 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales (IT Sales) and Lead Generation - Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory (knowing a regional language is a plus) - Interest in business development (B2C/B2B) for Software Application products/solutions Join us at NoBrokerHood, a subsidiary of NoBroker, India's first prop-tech unicorn, and be a part of our mission to enhance life security and convenience for gated societies.
