Lead Generation Executive

• Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects to introduce B2B event concepts professionally.
• Confirm the prospect’s interest in the event topic and gather consent to share additional details.
• Accurately record and update prospect information in the database.
• Maintain daily call logs and ensure data quality for each lead captured.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly outreach targets.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with senior professionals.
• Basic knowledge of using CRM systems or Excel for data entry.
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
• Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining accurate records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
