Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through online/offline channels and market analysis.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria, gathering essential information and handling initial objections.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all lead interactions and data.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing to align strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve lead quality.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven background in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, persuasive, and enthusiastic.
  • Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Analytical: Strong research, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Personal: Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and good at time management.

The Goal:To act as the first step in the sales process, consistently feeding the sales team with high-quality, qualified leads to drive revenue and business expansion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
